This place suits me perfectly, providing fast wi-fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with sim cards during my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend this hotel and will return for Christmas.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and effective air conditioning for a good night's sleep. Staff members provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, enhancing our dining experiences. there were a couple of drawbacks, such as limited breakfast options and some noise from nearby streets that impacted sleep quality.

The rooftop offers fantastic views, perfect for a glass of wine overlooking the Bosphorus. The rooms have unique designs, with a sizable seating area and well-maintained bathrooms, creating a cozy atmosphere.
Figuring out the AC/Heating system was a hassle. the unit turned off with open windows, which was annoying during the warmer days. Sound isolation needs improvement, as I could clearly hear neighbors, especially during showers and flushing, which detracted from the comfort of my stay.

Delicious breakfast offerings served in a delightful gazebo.
While my overall experience was pleasant, there were a few drawbacks. I found some mold in the corners of the shower, which made me a bit uncomfortable. the sound isolation within the building was poor. I could hear neighbors quite clearly, especially during the night which disturbed my sleep. I was also disappointed that the rooftop terrace did not have the expected views, as it was covered and felt cramped.

Fantastic location with helpful staff
I enjoyed my stay, especially due to the fantastic location just a quick stroll from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff were incredibly supportive during our visit, providing advice on local transport and recommendations for great places to eat nearby. The breakfast was a daily treat with fresh and varied options, adding a lovely start to my mornings. One area for improvement could be the sound insulation, as I could hear noise from the street sometimes.

The staff set a high standard with their remarkable attention to detail. The location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and historical sites. The Dinner Cruise I booked through them was organized beautifully, making for a memorable experience. I especially appreciated the city view from my room, which added a lovely touch to my stay.
The room felt smaller than expected.
